Extended batteries via website

Anyone else notice that Verizon's website is not offering extended batteries for the Rezound or the Gnex?

I was just on there just a few mins ago and they are no longer listed as accessories for those devices, what gives?

I noticed that also yesterday. While I was on the site a text box popped up so I asked about the extended batteries the response was that they were backordered. I checked at the local store and they have them at the 50 percent off deal.

Thats cool, I appreciate the response. Why would they remove them completely from the site though? weird..

only reason i could think of removing them from the website is a... either they won't be carrying them any longer online, or b, they are actually backordered and won't be expecting them for a while...

Lots of people have been using the stock and extended batteries fro the Rezound in their Thunderbolts and that may have something to do with it.
