extended battery only charges to 99%

So i bought the extended battery the other day and it will only charge to 99%. Is this normal, is there something i can do about it?

Yes. It is completely normal.

It usually charge to 100%, discharge to around 95%, and go back up. So as not to overcharge the battery. This is normal, mine does it too.

I got into clockwork and wipe the battery stats and delvic. Then reboot and change to 100%. Give me an amazing day of battery life.
