External SD Problem RAZR HD MAXX

I restarted my phone yesterday and now there is a message in my system tray that the phone is trying to prepare my SD card andd checing fro errors. I have pulled the SD card multiple times and nothing. It just shows like my SD card is wiped. When I access it through Recovery I can see all the files. Also when I put the card into another phone I can access all the files. Anyone know whats going on?

Have you tried another sd card in the phone?

No, but I just did and the other SD card works fine in the phone.

Could always put your sd card into a reader then into your pc. transfer all the files to a folder on the pc. then format the sd card and try in the phone again.

Uh, not out of the weeds yet. I put the SD card into another phone and saved everything to my computer. Then reformatted the card and transfered all the files back. Everything worked fine. This morning I did a Titanium Back up of my apps and TWRP back up in case the new update auto installed. Now I have the same problem. Any ideas?

Sounds like titanium or twrp is the culprit.
