Extra Volume and Noise Reduction not working

For some reason when I am on a call and using the speakerphone, I try to hit extra volume or noise reduction and it keeps saying that it can't do it because the headphones are connected, but my headphones are not connected. I get the same thing when I try it without the speaker and just using the regular earpiece. Anyone else getting this? Please see screenshots attached.

Hm... Have you tried clearing the cache of the phone app? Try a phone reboot then go directly to the call and see what happens.

Same issue here also. I wonder if the last update borked it to fix the garbled sound people complained about?
