I was that near to buy an S10+ but from what I understand we can't take a RAW with telephoto, so my question is: How is the quality of jpeg in telephoto as Exynos model?

As far as I know the main processor has nothing to do with the camera's software or hardware. Those are stand-alone modules and are the same in all S10's around the world. There should be no difference.

That is, unfortunately for Exynos users, incorrect. The Exynos Version can take RAW pictures only in standard photo mode. Won’t work work Tele. And the overall camera quality is worse too, as numerous reviews will tell you

Won't work with the Snapdragon version either. There's no lens selection option in Pro mode.

I haven't seen a review that showed the Exynos version has worse camera quality. Since you brought it up, let's see one of the reviews!

I think our was mrwhostheboss or supersaf that did an exynos vs snapdragon and the snapdragon was better, not by much but it was noticeable

I wonder how it compares to a Mate 20 Pro telephoto
If only some good dev can mod the camera app to get raw out of the 2 other lenses

WB difference is all.
Samsung, though, has a long and sordid history of over saturated colors in their photos.
