Face detection NEVER works.

Hello, is anyone else having this problem, the screen always stays active and I keep hanging up on people or putting them on mute, or hitting keys. I really like the phone but this is a big problem with work and in general, makes you appear unproffesional. I talked to sprint, they have no answers about a fix. I have 6 days left to return the Photon, (thanks to Sprint's new 14 day policy). Anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance.

Thank you, I did notice that my "In Pocket Detection" was already turned off, I'll try it hope this works, I really like the phone, as it functions very well first and foremost as a phone, better phone signal and reception than any Sprint phone I have owned in the past 3 years.Thanks again.

My first photon had this problem, although it wasn't constant. Either way I was in the return policy and exchanged it for a new one and haven't had the problem since.
