Face Unlock & facial hair

Question about face unlock for users with beards.

How well does it work for you? Pros or cons about using face unlock with facial hair?

I'm thinking of using it, but I tend to grow my beard out for a few weeks at a time and then trim it down about half inch to a full inch.

Will this affect the use and consistency of the feature?

I don't know about beards but mine opens if I'm wearing sunglasses and a hat.

Mines open with my glasses on and off and no issues at all, and no beard tho. Also it will open right away in a pitch black room no lights on, am very impressed with it much faster then the finger print, also with hat on or off no issues at all. Also if you got glasses set it up with glasses first.

I have a beard & glasses and so far it works better than I expected, with or without glasses on & trimmed up or not, doesn't seem to matter as long as I look at that circle correctly...
I use it much more than the FPS.

No issues here with trimmed beard around number 2 ... And for those having issues with it closing you need to go into your apps and delete the Uglymode .. first clear app data then uninstall if possible

Same here. Original setup was with heavy beard about 4 weeks growth. Trimmed back last Monday. Face recognition is still working.
