Facebook and instagram disconnected when switching data source

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is related to Nougat but it seems that since I've updated my note 5 to nougat, Facebook and instagram get disconnected when I switch from 4g to WiFi and vice versa (ie they stall when posting, refreshing, etc.). If anyone knows any fix other than restarting the apps I'll greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
