Facebook app: no sound on people's stories

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung S8 running Android 8.0.0 and the latest version of the Facebook app. I don't get sound on people's stories; there's no sound icon to turn it on and if I tap on the video, it switches to the next video.

Email android-support@fb.com about it. But don't hold your breath - Facebook doesn't seem to be too concerned about fixing bugs in their apps.
