Facebook app uploading same photo twice

Has anyone had this same issue? I open the Facebook app, select a photo, and for some reason it uploads it twice.

The only work around I've found is to use Facebook for HTC. There's a similar thread around here somewhere.

I suddenly no longer can upload pics period. Worked fine yesterday and then suddenly an hour later it always fails and says "cannot upload", but using HTC Sense for Facebook is not an issue, but that is for HTC One X

To get the notification to disappear along with the second upload I have to force close the Facebook app. That takes care of the problem, but is a pain and should be fixed!

instead of going into the gallery, picking a photo, and clicking share via facebook, go into facebook and click to upload a photo. then select photo gallery instead of taking a photo and it should be fine...

That is how I have been doing it and still fails to upload.
