Facebook bugs - "Authorize HTC Sense"

Anyone having issues with the built-in HTC Sense Facebook app? I tried to log-in to FB upon getting my HTC One today and it keeps putting an "Authorize HTC Sense - Tap to try again" message in the notification screen. When I tap it, it takes me to FB, where I get an error message at the top and a blank FB page. I tried logging out and logging in, and restarting the phone to no avail.

If you using HTC ONE ,then go to blinkfeed and select Topics and services --services & apps--select Facebook and login. Thats it. You using now HTC SENSE for Facebook..you can post your updates and can see a line like "via HTC Sense" on your post.

I had this problem until I went into facebook .. under account settings go to apps and then turn on platform and then click the notification in the status bar and everything is fixed

I have HTC EVO 3D and I just did this.. Go to Settings > Apps> Find Facebook for HTC Sense tap it > Just press (don't how to say it correctly) Force Quit.. And that stupid Notification was gone!

I "logged in" to my fb account through my PC and went to settings ->account settings->apps and the application platform was on.THEN I LOGGED OUT.
ON MY PHONE ,I went to settings->apps->all->facebook
clicked on "clear data" and then "force stop"
then clicked on the warning sign appearing on top left corner of screen.the same notification "authorize htc sense....." appeared and i selected "ok".and the fb app started automatically.
i was asked to log in to fb and I did so
i was then asked that" htc sense would like to recive and send messages on behalf of me "
and i clicked on ok.
the notification disappeared.
then again i opened the fb app and then they provided me with options to sync contact.

Also worked for me! Like you guys I'd tried all this previously. Tried it again tonight and it said it had failed at first, and then I refreshed Blinkfeed and.....boom-Facebook posts were there for the first time ever!

Where do I get blinkfeed. how to get? please help :-(

After ages this worked for me (HTC Sensation XL): just go to Settings > Apps > All > Facebook for HTC Sense
and disable it. You're welcome

I have the HTC EVO 3D 4G, and I had this problem, but it was much easier to get rid of. In the phone's settings>apps, there was 2 entries for Facebook. Facebook, and Facebook for HTC sense. I went to the second one, force stop, disable, and the problem went away, and I was able to use Facebook like normal.

hi....
i bought a htc m7 last week today i install facebook app on my m7 but after install the app i putted the email & passcode sevarel time it shows a shocking messege.......
it told me that the network is unreachable ......but i connect all the time before login in it but it still shows the same messege......
now i am quite worried about it....even it also happened with the fb messenger.......
please guys tell me the solution of it.......
