Facebook goes to top of news feed when I return from viewing linked page

This behavior started recently. When I visit a page from a facebook link, and return to facebook news feed, my news feed goes to the top instead of returning to the location I was at when I clicked the link. Is there a fix for this?

Try clearing the Facebook App cache from system settings > applications > Facebook > clear cache. If that doesn’t fit it then it could be an update pushed to the app by Facebook.
