Facebook Live streaming, question about my Tablet.

I just got a Tab A 8.0 and I`m trying to live stream to Facebook.
I have a Tab A 10.0 and when I bring up Facebook the little live stream button
pops up immediately but on the 8.0 when I hit the live video button a page pops up
wanting me to download a streaming software.
I don`t think the software is needed to live stream on Facebook and I`m not really sure
if this is a tablet issue or a Facebook issue.

Found out that when I signed into Google this problem went away.
