Question Facebook OTP Code Not Senidng

When I text otp to facebook shortcode number 32665, I dont get the six digit passcode. Why is it not sending?

Do you have shortcode messages enabled? Some carrier settings disable that feature.

Try some of these steps. I could not get a short code response from Best Buy and tried some of these steps

Did you wait for 10 -20 minutes?
Can try alternative like send to email and make sure your number is correct with country code .

I waited that time never got a otp code. Do I have to set up two factor authentication first to have the ability to send otp to 32665 and get a response?

No. I don't use Facebook messages.
