Facebook Profile Pictures for Contact Picture

How do you get the Facebook profile picture to be the contact picture for your contacts on the Galaxy Note 2?

download the facebook app or an app called Facebook Contact Sync. If you have the Facebook app, just go into settings and sync your contacts. It should then show up (may take a little bit for them all to sync) with their contact info and profile pictures

I have it and they are syncing.... but the facebook picture is not showing. It is showing an older picture that was synced with my google account. My HTCs would let the facebook profile show, but the samsung isn't.

I should add that if I drill down into the contact menu to edit it, I do see the Facebook profile picture but it does not let that profile picture show as the contact picture.

when you're in their contact, click the settings button (or whatever the capacitive button on the lower left of the phone is) and then hit "mark as default" and choose which picture you want. The contact will need to be linked with their Facebook.

So, it works for contacts that are not syncing to Google. But now those Contacts look awful so I'm not going to worry about it anymore.
