Facebook Woes

Not for me, it doesn't. :/ I guess a new update (probably very minor) came out today, but I'm still having the issue. Interestingly enough, on my Transformer Prime, running official ICS, the app works fine, so it doesn't seem to be an issue specifically with ICS. And since most other people with the GNex don't seem to have the issue, I'm wondering if, for those of us affected, it's a problem with our specific phones. :/

Part of me is also kind hoping that, whenever the OTA for 4.0.4 or 4.0.5 comes out, that maybe that'll fix it, as maybe developers are using .3 and higher to develop their apps, and maybe there are some minor kinks for those of us still on .2? Seems like a stretch, but it would certainly be nice.

I'm not sure if u saw my post but changed a couple of settings in my developer options, and installed the latest update...after which i tried to upadate mt status and it crashed...i then went and cleared the cache and now it works....

In ur developer options under "apps" i un-checked 'dont keep activities' ....i'm not 100% sure if this was the problem but u can try it...hope this helps

Update....I went back and checked "dont keep activities" tried a status update and it crashed again...so that was the problem...good luck

Haha, that did the trick, thanks! I knew I had that option checked before, but I was sure I had unchecked it later. Guess I didn't though.

And, not only did this fix my problem with the Facebook app, but this also fixed the problem I was having with several games, in which the games would continually rebooting without letting me actually play them. I'm so happy you found this out!
