facetime with android?????

i have a skyrocket and the wife and the rest of family has iphones,

how can i face time with them, what apps will allow this to occur

my phone is bone stock

I thought I was reading about issues with skype, but I could be wrong....

just tried skype, and it worked, but we were both on wifi, not sure yet if i can use it wothout wifi

that would be ideal

i talk with my wife over skype (she has it on her ipad2) whenever I'm in not at home over LTE. I have a 3GB data plan and it works perfectly.
