Facing a problem in fb messenger app.

Facing a problem in fb messenger app flickering or refreshing screen.It goes like this..... When I open it there will be no. Status/notification, just the app colour(if you are using the notch) or black colour if you disable the notch. After 2-3 seconds the app will flicker/refresh and the status/notification bar will now show. I am using honor play right now.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps, select FB Messenger, then Storage, then Clear Cache. Now see if the problem persists.
