All banking and government apps brands my factory new phone as rooted.

How is that possible and how do I fix it

I am not rooted and I pass safety net request....I don't get it

What setting is killing me here?

How long ago you bought this device?
I'm surprised you can get it new as it's already 3 years old , this has work profile set up by your job?

I bought it for my mom a week ago

In Denmark only veeeeeeery rich, very geeky or very devoted samsung-fans buy new models....

I am neither, so the budget stood at 500 USD and that gave me a s10e enterprise edition

I'm just starting to wonder .... enterprise edition - does that have any bearing on my problem?

Lol ..I'm not rich but I do sometimes buy Samsung latest

I think that is the issue that enterprise is designed for work and probably has a work profile management on it.

But let's say for arguments sake that it's not new, the certified retailer is a fraud, it has been rooted before being sold as factorynew, and the rooting removed before selling it

Is there any residuals that can linger after a removed root and allow these apps to think the phone is rooted? I know absolutely nothing about rooting and I'm f***** if I don't find a solution to this

Then you go to download mode and see if Knox counter is 0 x 0 if it says 0 x 1 someone messed with it rooted and put it back to stock

Samsung latest in DK stands at 1000-1300USD ....

Cool - how do I work with artwork profile"? Is it an administrator profile that needs to adjust settings, or what am I looking at ?

Your welcome, also just so your aware if there is a MDM on the device we can't help bypass do to security so your out of luck there unfortunately.

I don't want to derail the flow because it very well could be that its the enterprise edition messing things up. But, you say you bought it in Denmark... Are you currently in Denmark? And are your banking apps Danish?
