Factory new s10e gets branded as "rooted"

All banking and government apps brands my factory new phone as rooted.

How is that possible and how do I fix it

I am not rooted and I pass safety net request....I don't get it

What setting is killing me here?

That means that the device was never rooted. So the problem could be because it's an "enterprise edition". Regardless, if the apps don't work, you should return it for a refund
