Factory Reset for better Battery!

Hi

IF you are suffering from a battery that has gone from two day life to one day life. I did the simple factory reset in setting yesterday and got my two day battery life back. I thought by doing this I would lose everything on the phone but I did not, I just has to fix a few phone settings. The phone was at 75% last night instead of having to plug in during the day.

SO HAPPY, Try It!

Glad to hear it! Before a reset, you could also try a cache partition wipe, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095

I would be concerned that a factory reset didn't reset your phone to factory.

I assume the OP meant that most everything reinstalled automatically, and user data re-synced, after the factory reset.
