factory reset not working

[AC Question]

samsung device memory damage, the data partition has been corrupted. You need to reset your device to factory defaults. This will erase your data i have followed all the steps to factory reset and it keeps going back to the original message the button below the message that says to reset there does nothing either. ive tried to access safe mode but it wont let me what else can i do?

You could try reflashing the stock firmware.

You'll have to reflash the ROM. See [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN. (That will work if the data partition has no hardware defect. If the hardware is bad you'll need a new motherboard.)
