factory reset ... now it boots only to recovery

I flashed Hydro rom then flashed ZVJ to ZVD patch but errorred during flashing with

"E:missing file: system/tts/lang_pico/es-ES_ta.bin
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted"

Did I need to boot Hydro first then patch?
Looks like I need to disable signature verification, how does one do that?

Yeah you'll want to boot it first... That's COTR? I think the released version still has the signature verification switch in the zip flashing menu.
