Factory reset/old android market

So did a factory reset yesterday and everything seemed fine. However, when I went into the market I noticed that it had reverted back to the older version. I looked around but couldn't find a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had my handset replaced under warenty. The replacement had the old market. After a few days of looking for updates, or fixes, it eventually updated itself.

You may need to get the gingerbread update resent, too.

Just google for the latest Android Market update. One was released like two days ago. You can find the apk file on the phandroid website. I had to do that with my inspire as well. Good luck.
