Factory Reset?

I have a moto g2 that is going really slow and I want to factory reset it. I don't have an SD card but I have a pictures and apps on my phone and I want to know if I do factory reset it will all of my things be deleted since I don't have an SD card?

Everything will be deleted. You should backup whatever you need before doing a factory data reset
