Factory reset

Hard reset on working. Maybe spy app? How to locate? All my contacts, apps, and emails were still on my phone. I've tried twice

I mentioned this in another of your threads, but it seems unlikely that you have the original Galaxy S phone (released in 2010). Which phone do you have exactly?

What do you mean that a hard reset isn't working? Is it not letting you do a factory reset? How are you trying to do the reset?
