factory resetted

so i thought i had a virus and without thinkin i factory restored using xionia cwma and cm7 scott. now my phone wont boot into recovery and when i turn it off and on or try to boot into recovery it just runs orage word sayin factory reset and formatting data cache and all that good stuff what should i do to go stock?
