It sounds like they didn't put the replacement on properly... you might want to have them redo it, or maybe find a shop with a good reputation that will do it for you.

Almost a year now with daily use of the device and no issues whatsoever!

Also want to add as well. I did have a screen protector replacement via Samsung on my ZFLIP4. It developed a crack and under warranty Samsung replaced it free of charge!

Going on 14months now.....still intact. However I did have a dead pixel, Samsung replaced the joint and screen FOC.

The inside screen protector can be replaced. If that's the only thing holding you up, I wouldn't consider it an issue. Especially knowing that it's just a film and some people take it off purposely.

I have both the S23U and Fold 4. Two different experiences on both. But, my primary sim is in my Fold.... Well until the Fold 5 comes out....LOL

Samsung replaces free of charge within the warranty period. I wouldn't recommend that you do it yourself or risk screen damage.

So far on the fold 4 the factory I stalled protector is holding up fine. However on the flip3, did get a failure as it formed a cracked line in the fold. Got it replaced free by Samsung.

I'm still using zfold 4 with original protector. However I did get a middle crack in my zflip4, which I brought to my local Samsung experience store and was replaced under manufacturers warranty.

I've also installed a screen protector on the cover screen. I believe it's the OEM protector which came with 3 of them. I can just replace that myself.
