Factory Test running in background?

I noticed that my new Droid Charge always has Factory Test running in the background whenever I manage applications within settings. I am able to force kill it, but it comes back every time I reboot the phone. Any suggestions? I tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything on it. Thanks.

I removed the app as root and everything is fine.
