Factory Unlocked Note 10 plus w/ t mobile No Rcs

So I read and article on https://www.t-mobile.com/news/rcs-with-Google
My question is, will RCS be Installed. On the Factory unlocked 10 plus Model number
SM-N975U flashed with T Mobile firmware. Cause as I understand the article, it should be there.... Looking at my settings I do not see anything indicating my messaging App has RCS capabilities.

SM-N975U1 which is unlocked version with TMobile sim no RCS with Samsung message app , SM-N975U carrier version with TMO yes RCS.
Can you flash SM-N975U1 to SM-N975U definitely

I have an unlocked n10+ on t mobile and I have rcs with the stock Samsung app. You have to have google duo installed for the features to show up.

I have Google Duo... Use it everyday.... But nothing that indicates RCS

Download google messages as not only is it MUCH better than the samsung app it will work correctly with Android Auto and RCS properly. As for getting the Samsung app to work have you force stopped it and rebooted phone?
