failed to move

I can't move files from my files device storage to sd card, I used to do it just fine before but I can't now, please help me.

Is there any way to upload a picture here?

If you're using the AC Forums app you can upload a picture by clicking the menu dots and then selecting Attach Picture. If using a web browser you can attach a picture by selecting the icon to the left of the 'filmstrip' icon in the text input dialog.

I never use the built in file manager. But, download "File Manager" from Play Store and try it. I have never had a problem moving files around or to sd card with it. Only exception is protected media like d loaded movies and music from my play store service. Anything with DRM protection needs to be left on phone. There is probably a way around it but that has been my experience.

The files that I am trying to move are downloaded mp4 files all of which were downloaded from the the same app. Some moved some didn't.
