Question Hacked android question

Welcome to Android Central! What makes you think your devices have been hacked? And what do you mean by reporting to "the developer"? Do you suspect that some app you installed is malicious? If so, that would most likely mean the app's developer is malicious, so reporting to them wouldn't be very useful.

Hi B Diddy.

The hackers have hack by phone and PC and also my family phone. Many evidence available. I already made police report and FBI (i'm not American). They steal photos from my 8 yr niece. They have threaten me. My device all in their network.

I contact Microsoft and the support is trying to help. But everything must do step by step.

So I hope I can also do the same to get developer to help teach clean my phone and then maybe (not necessary) give hacker details. Factory reset doesn't help.

Thanks.

If, for any reason, the efforts of the police, the FBI, and Microsoft, do not help, tell us. Then tell us in great detail exactly what your problems are, rather than in a general way, and preferably with screenshots. For example, you mention threats, but don’t give details. Details would give us a clearer understanding of what is happening.

Equally, if the efforts of those organisations do help, tell us.

Any feedback that you give may be helpful to others who are experiencing something similar.

As for the PC..personally, I would change all my passwords on a different device, backup any files that I don't want to lose (I do a monthly backup anyway... for me that would make me redo it even if it was done a couple days prior), and do a full reset and NOT KEEP FILES.
