Faint grey lines on my phone screen

Can anyone help me. People say its dead pixels. Has anyone got a soultion

Welcome to Android Central! Do they ever change? Do they persist after rebooting the phone, and do they show up as soon as the screen comes on while booting? If so, it sounds like a screen defect or damage. Can you show us a picture?
