Fascinate is f'd.... help please!

I tried making a ROM on the ROM kitchen that was talked about yesterday. Long story short, I tried installing the file sent to me and the phone completely messed up. I've tried going back to completely stock through ODIN, but when I do that it boots into the blue recovery screen and says,

"E: Can't mount/dev block/mmcblk0p1 (Invalid argument)" followed by..
"E: install_appliction_for_customer:Can't mount D ATA:"

Can someone help??? I've tried everything i feel like, but this is above me.

I forgot one thing... it also says,

"your storage not prepared yet, please use UI me nu for format and reboot actions"

I don't think it's screwed. Try to odin a froyo package and see if that helps. Can you still get into download mode?

I would start here and return your phone back to stock. Then stick with the SC2.9.2. It is bulletproof.

Just for future reference, from what I gather, that ROM kitchen is for the Euro Galaxy S, not ours. The model number for them is something like i9000 and we are i500 I believe.

They may look the same, have the same name, and smell the same, but they aren't.

I dont want to go OT, but I don't even think about going into the other Galaxy S forums so i don't get tempted to try something "harmless" and have to resort to Heimdall.

I go into the other phone forum because I know most everything will in there will do me harm so I wouldnt even think of the "harmless" things

Go to the first time rooting walk through, click through to beginning rioters read me, at the bottom of the main sections I have a link to the heimdall instructions. If the eb01 fix all listed above it is what you already tried you'll need heimdall to get back up
