Fascinate on Metro PCS

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a Fascinate on Metro PCS and if so how is it done. I'm Rooted but not unlocked.

Because thats what my sister has and i dont want to walk into a verizon contract

Verizon and Sprint have fought tooth and nail to keep this from happening, so the only methods available to the average Joe are illegal.
