Favorites

So I've tried to add people to the "favorites" list in my contacts/people.

It adds them, but then after I add one or two more, it deletes them all except for the LAST one added.

Example:

I add my mom, dad, and husband to the "favorites" list. I then go to add my grandmother, and it deletes my mom, dad, and husband from the "favorites" list, but my grandmother stays.

This is getting obnoxious. I can't get things set up the way I want to -- don't get me wrong, I LOVE this phone, so much more than my moment, but this is driving me batty.

Also, what's the point of the "footprints" program?

If I can get this issue solved, I can avoid going to sprint and asking questions -- my tech bench here is awesome...the store staff, not so much...

Are you sure it's being deleted? I think the widget is scrollable. Try scrolling back up to see if the contacts you had were still there.
You could set more than one Favorites Widget... so there are 2-3 of them. That's another fix.


Lastly, I hear the favorites widget is quite the battery hog. I'm not completely sure on that, but I've just heard that.

I'm sure they're being deleted because I've used both styles of the widget - the one that is vertical and holds 3 at a time and the large one that holds like 9 or 10 at a time, and are all viewable.

I didn't realize it was a battery hog - I haven't used it, so I honestly wouldn't know.

I know that this is the toughest phone I've ever had to figure out on my own -- as in, I figured my blackberries, my moment, and anything before blackberries out on my own - but my Evo makes me stumble!

my favorites are totally gone how do I bring it back, a couple of days at this, can seem to figure it out.

How can I confirm if the favorites widget is, in fact, a battery hog?

I had a similar problem when I used the + sign to add to the favorites. Instead go into People and just change the contact group to favorites for the people you need, they should all show up in your favorites. That worked for me.

To get the favorites back click on menu , setting, personalize, scenes, and click on sprint scene. important to save you existing setting or remember whick widget and apps you have because it will change when you select sprint scene but it will bring back your favorites and it's scrollable I have nine now but had more, enjoy found it on another site on yahoo
