FC On NS4G

I am not sure whats the issue here on my phone I am getting FC's on market and all the apps. Phone is running stock rom GB 2.3.7 and its not rooted.

May be I phone is overheating dont know , I tried the factory restore that didn't help :-\

Factory Reset didn't help things... Hmmm.. Thinking...

I know the factory reset should of covered this but have you gone into Settings/Apps/Manage apps and cleared data/cache on Market and see where that gets you...

Yeah , I did cleared the data/cache on Market after reseting the phone. I am thinking may be its the hardware !!
