AWBE is out now for the S23 Ultra unlocked (S918U1). There's no bootloader increment, so rollback remains possible.

Same, need to download it manually. But in the past I saw few times when the update was pushed automatically.

Always use unlocked, dont use any carrier stuff , So unlocked Firmware is what i Always stay on.
