Fetch schedule

Is there a way to change and modify the fetch schedule to have say 5 minutes and 10 minutes and so on?

I would like to add to the list more options besides the 15 minutes, 30 minutes, Every Hour, Every 4 Hours.

I like to add 5 minutes and 10 minutes to the list.

I'm not sure, but I think K-9 and TouchDown allow for different polling times.

K-9 Email is very nice and cool and works the way I like to have it.
