Hello guys! this is my real Android phone (always been on WP). I'm having some issues with it. Maybe someone can help me solve them

1. Contacts - if, for example I open Messaging app > new message - and type contacts name this shows up contacts.png.

If I go to Contacts to display (under Contact settings) and switch between "sources" I have them (all) from hotmail account and more than half under WhatsApp (thus duplicated?)

2. I can't volume down phone call when talking vie Bluetooth in my car. It's on max always

3. Microphone doesn't work with AUX and thus AUX can't be used instead of point 2 above (and outgoing WhatsApp voice messages are voiceless)

The duplicate contacts are because the various accounts synced with your phone have those same contacts. You could try using the Merge Contacts option.

When you're in your car, is the phone connected to the car system via Bluetooth, or a headset? If it's the car, can you adjust the call volume using the car's volume control?

1. My contacts are synced ONLY from my Hotmail account. Not even backed up to Gmail account.

2. When connect via Bluetooth volume can't be adjusted from phone (slider goes down) nor from car. When connected via AUX (as headset) volume can be adjusted from phone and car but microphone doesn't work.

You mentioned in the Contacts app, you saw your WhatsApp contacts listed there as well. That's what I thought was causing the duplicates. If you go to Settings>Accounts and tap WhatsApp, is there an option there to sync contacts? (Sorry, I don't use WhatsApp, so I don't know for certain what it does with contacts.)

That Bluetooth volume thing is pretty odd. Are you using a factory-installed car system, or aftermarket? If it's factory installed, which make/model and model year car do you have? If it's aftermarket, check the manufacturer's website to see if there are any firmware updates available.

There is, I unchecked that. But in message app I see contacts as shown on above picture

It's factory installed. Cars is Toyota Prius

If you don't have any contacts locally saved to the Phone/Device account, go to Settings>Apps, select Contacts and Contact Storage, and clear cache/data for both. Then open them again and wait a few seconds for the database to resync. You could also try clearing cache/data from the Messaging app, but be cautious if there are messages you want to save -- I'm not sure if clearing data from the app will erase those messages as well.
