Files Not Visible on my PC from My Samsung Note 5

When I connect my Samsung Note 5 to my PC via the cable, it says there are no new pictures to import. When I go to My Computer and select my phone, there are no files showing up at all. No pictures, no music, no docs, etc., etc. I get a completely blank computer screen.

I have tried it on two separate computers, rebooted both computers and the phone with no success.

I have never had this issue on this device or any other android device previously, so I am lost.

Make sure the screen is unlocked while it is connected to the pc. Also make sure it's connected to the PC as MTP and not charge only or other.

You need to connect as an MTP device. When connected to your pc down swipe the screen and make your connection.
