I have just received my OnePlus 3. So if you have questions about anything that has to do with the device whether it is battery life or performance feel free to ask and I'll happily answer.
I'm thinking of purchasing a oneplus 3 also.
My main concerns are I'm coming from a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (which I do really like but just want to try something new) so I do wonder how good the camera on the oneplus 3 is and how good the display really is (keep hearing mixed reviews).
Cheers.
Signal has been great so far. LTE working perfectly and no issues with dropped calls or anything yet. I'm on AT&T. I previously had a 2014 Moto X Pure and there is no difference in signal strength between them.
I have not tested the camera yet but from reviews I've watched and sample photos I've seen it seems like a very solid sensor. The display is the best 1920x1080 screen I've seen to date.
Having issues connecting to LTE - also coming from 2014 Moto X PE. Everything is working and signal is strong, just wont connect over 4G for some reason. Checked APN settings with ATT tech and all...
I'd say the battery life is pretty good. A little over 3 hours SOT and 38% left in the tank, and that's with heavy usage. 4-5 hours SOT is easily attainable.
Screen is perfectly fine and I see no issues at all. Is it as clear as a QHD? No, of course not, but it works just fine. Anything over 400 ppi looks good. As for the camera, I haven't had enough time with the phone to mess around with it. The double-tap of the power button to open the camera is super fast - may even be faster than the S7. I've snapped a couple of pics and it worked fine, and the images looked pretty good. For $399 you can't beat it.
Just ordered my nexbit robin phone yesterday. The OPO3 is only about $120 more. Should I have ordered the OPO3? The only issue is I don't like big phones ..Robin is only 5.2" but the bezels are quite big. I'm not sure whether i made the right decision!!
I looked at the Next bit also. I chose the OnePlus mainly because I don't like the look of the Next bit. Overall for me the OnePlus was a better buy. But everyone has different needs and. Likes. Order what you think is best for you. From what I read the Next bit is a good device also.
