As of now in Korea

Yes and another source also says same but it still be 6.1 they won't change it to 6.1 1 like tablets and Foldable devices

T-Mobile was the first to release it late last night after 2am, then AT&T dropped the update as well, I'm on T-Mobile and got it around 3am my time.

Downloading Security Patch 8 on my Verizon phone in Arizona.
Had to go look for it. I'll bet most will receive it tonight.
It is 6.1.1, but as others have noted, it doesn't say that on the main screen.
