this has occurred again. Sept-10-2019

I have determined that Find my mobile self activated over wifi. this occurred again Oct-5-2019. I was connected to a public network and will test if it occurs with just wifi active.

Activating "find my mobile" appears to only activate over wifi the last self activation was when the phone self activated find my mobile when the phone connected to a public wifi.

That one in device administrator is Google find my phone and you can go settings>Google>scroll down to security>3 dots upper right corner help and support

As you see in my screenshot 2 different ones on the phone so that one is for Google

Thank you Mustang7757. But My A50 has a different screen although the Feedback you described I found.
Mine doesn't have the on/off slide switch.

Find my device self activates

I have inserted a video showing how the "Find my device" does not disable. This built in function cannot be removed from the phone and is used by samsung for remote access to your phone. this occurred on my android 9 phone.

After trying to disable the app it self disabled itself without me performing anything on the phone.

The title is incorrect. It should be "find my device" this is a Samsung built in applications.
