While demonstrating the Moto Voice Command feature to an uninformed potential convert today I stumbled onto a bit of a puzzle. The "call my droid" "find my phone", etc. commands all result in a Google search instead of ringing the device. WTH? It's always been flawlessly reliable before. Any thoughts? Cache clear has no effect and I know of no setting to alter the command.

Hmmm...

I've had my Z for a couple of weeks & have used it multiple times playing with it - suddenly disappeared today with no (known) change to device. Wonder if it could be something on the server side handling of the command?

So with your phone in your hand you can ask Google find my phone and it would tell you it is in your hand? or play a sound to help you find it?

It will sound a unique ringtone continuously & light the screen with instructions to silence until the power button is pushed. Rather it did..now, it just opens a Google search for the spoken synyax.

A lot of cool Moto voice options are no longer available. It's now just a gateway to OK google.

The "OK Google" command previously had this feature as well - they even used it in one of the previous commercials.

For which phone? Unless it was a Nexus, it could still be a phone-specific feature.
