Question Find/ thumbnail photo

Dear Android-users,

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S20. I've made some folders to organise my pictures. But by putting more and more pictures in the folders, some important photo's "disappear" and I find it hard to find them back. Is it possible to thumbnail them, so they will allways be on top of the folder, when I open that folder?
Or is there any other possibility to put them on top of the folder?

In the Gallery the only option to do that is to set a picture/video as a Favorite (heart icon when viewing one). Then those get moved to the Favorites section, but I don't think they stay 'on top' when viewing specific folders.
