I got the fix today Indian version unlocked....havent installed it yet will do later....

I got it this morning. Verizon. I didn't need to re-register my fingerprints. I logged into my banking app with no problems.

Like I said, it is good that Samsung addressed the issue, but it was still a relatively minor issue when compared to security issues with BT and such.

I'm on Verizon and haven't got it yet. Glad they did address it too. Hope I don't have to redo fingerprints as well cause it is kind of a pain when it comes to my screen protector I have on. Lol

I'm always the last to get updates though, so who knows when I'll get it.

It didn't come through Verizon. Samsung is pushing it out via its Samsung Members app.

From the screenshots I saw it looked like it the Knox logo in the notification bar. Could Samsung push an update through Knox?

It came from different source TA downloader
That's why I took screenshots see where it was from
