It's a certain type of screen protectors that's causing the issue. If you don't have that type of protector leave it on. I still have on the Samsung installed one. I didn't have to remove.
Agree 100%. I was a little confused by Sammy.Samsung could have been a bit more explicit about factory installed vs aftermarket shields.

The wording seemed like they took the release notes from the Korean fix, ran it through bad translation software, and said "Good enough."
I got both through notification panel. S10+ Verizon model, Note10+ unlocked model.Looks like unlocked=notification panel
Carrier version=members app
Got mine on unlocked model on Verizon earlier todayI want the update as I have an unlocked model, but I'm also on vzw. Sure that's the issue...
No need to remove screen protector unless it was one of the silicone layered types.I registered my fingerprints before I had a screen protector installed and I'm not removing the one I have just so I can reregister without a screen protector in the way.
I'm fairly positive mine works OK as I've tried other finger prints and they won't unlock my phone. Accuracy is good enough as it works ~98% of the time on the first try.
