Fingerprint option not working.

Device: UMIDIGI Z2
Version: Android 8.1.0

The fingerprint option works well for a year.
Suddenly stop working.
When I tap in the Fingerprint option in the Settings the phone do nothing, so I can't enter a new fingerprint or test the fingerprint sensor.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting it into Safe Mode: https://www.getdroidtips.com/boot-umidigi-z2-pro-into-mode/. If that doesn't work, then see if it works after a factory reset. If it still doesn't, then the sensor probably failed. Contact the manufacturer if it's still under warranty.
