Fingerprint sensor is trash

I just got a S10 yesterday, everything about the phone is absolutely amazing, save for the fingerprint sensor, which is pure junk. It does not work. It does not recognize my fingerprints regardless if which finger I use, and regardless of how I press it. Frustrating.

Wow, you may have a bad one as there are plenty of threads on XDA that explain how to tell when you FPS was made and when they started having some issues....but almost all that received the recent patch are telling us that it works great now. Mine was working “okay” but after the patch, works 100%, every time.
A few folks say that they did a warranty exchange and the replacement unit is spot on....

We really don't need another post about this, read up on it here, it's been well discussed. Sorry it's not working for you, but it is working for a lot of people also. Think it will come down to skin differences.

You still in your return period if it's not working.

Mods, please close thread, as I removed screen protector and it now accepts my fingerprints.

Mine is really good with protector.. I registered my thumbs twice though.
